Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Blackbird Honey. We value your trust and aim to provide the best possible experience with our products. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all seals intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at blackbirdhoneyorders@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at our support email.


Eligibility for Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we only accept return or replacement requests under specific conditions. You may request a return if you have received a damaged product, the wrong item, have missing items in your package, or if the product arrived in a leaked or unusable condition.

Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind, taste preferences, personal dislike after use, or incorrect orders placed by the customer. Additionally, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they were received in a damaged state.

Damages and Issues

Customers must report any issues, such as damage or shipping errors, within 48 hours of delivery. To request a return or replacement, please contact our support team with your Order ID, clear photos/videos of the product, and a description of the issue. Requests made after this 48-hour window may not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us at blackbirdhoneyorders@gmail.com.
