Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days following successful payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day. During peak seasons or high-demand promotional periods, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended, but we always strive to get your order moving as quickly as possible.
Delivery Timelines
We deliver across India with the following estimated timelines:

Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping on specific products, during promotional campaigns, or for orders exceeding a minimum value.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package is on its way, we will provide a tracking ID and shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this ID to monitor your shipment's progress through our courier partner’s tracking portal.
Address Accuracy & Delivery
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please double-check your shipping address and contact number before finalizing your order. Blackbird Honey is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or the customer being unavailable. Please be aware that additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to our support team immediately.
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged package, please record an unboxing video as soon as you receive it. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with this proof. Claims made without sufficient video or photographic evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
